The band played at the Araneta Coliseum (the "Big Dome") in Quezon City on October 7, 2005. This show was part of their ongoing world tour that year, which included dates across Europe, America, and Asia.
The touring lineup at that time featured founding member Mike Love and long-time member Bruce Johnston. They have returned to the Philippines multiple times since then, including another high-profile concert at the same venue in January 2010.
