Mr. Big performed in the Philippines during the 1990s at the peak of their popularity following the massive success of their hit "To Be With You".
February 28, 1993 at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City.
At the time, the Cuneta Astrodome was a brand-new venue, having only opened in January 1993 with a concert by Sharon Cuneta. The Mr. Big show was one of the first international rock concerts held at the arena.
While that was their primary arena show of the decade, reports also indicate they played at the Folk Arts Theater during that same era. After that initial 1990s visit, the band did not return to Manila for 17 years until their 2011 reunion concert at the Araneta Coliseum.
