Masters of Illusion Live! made its debut in the country with a series of performances from June 13 to 17, 2012. The event was held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater at Resorts World Manila (now known as Newport World Resorts) in Pasay City.
It featured a variety of acts, including:
Large-scale stage illusions
Sleight-of-hand magic
Escapologists and quick-change artists
Exotic animals and beautiful dancers
The international cast included well-known illusionists like Kevin James, Mark Kalin, and Jinger Leigh.
