Kenny Loggins performed a multi-night residency at the Folk Arts Theater (now known as Tanghalang Francisco Balagtas) in Manila from March 12–15, 1992. The Folk Arts Theater was a major venue for international acts in the 1980s and 90s, hosting stars like Janet Jackson and Menudo. Loggins' 1990s Manila performance is often remembered by local fans for his collaboration and friendship with Filipino singer Martin Nievera, who even hosted him during his visit.
