Babyface brought his Playlist Tour to Manila on August 18, 2006, at the Araneta Coliseum.
The tour was named after his 2007 album Playlist, which featured his acoustic covers of classic folk and pop songs.
He most recently returned to Manila for another performance on October 27, 2025, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
